Many people begin their health journey, including myself, at a place of self loathing. When they look in the mirror, or see that photo of themselves from vacation, the negative self-talk sets in. And that’s an ok, really honest place to start.
As your health coach, I don’t want to leave you there. I desire something better for you.
Through my journey of health and finding wholeness through a simple program there is so much freedom that comes from fueling and moving your body out of an act of self love. The transformation to self loving is so, so beautiful. Now, I eat, move & fuel my body from that place & I want the same for you!
ulnerability letter ahead! I have been debating off and on if I should share a little bit about my health journey with all of you incredible friends who are apart of my online community. If those type of words aren't what you’re needing today, then scroll on my friend! But if by chance you do want to hear a little bit about my story, then pull up a chair! I'm so glad you landed in this little corner of the internet!
Right now, you’re probably browsing this page and looking at some before & after pictures. Ones from June of 2021 (right before beginning my journey) and others from November of 2021 (a few months into maintenance). Let me be very clear. There was NOTHING wrong with the body in that before picture. She was worthy and beautiful. But she wasn’t stewarded very well. I realized that these bodies we were given are a gift. And if I’m being really honest (which is what this little letter is alllll about) I wasn’t taking care of that gift very well.
So I set out for a change....
And, some of you noticed. You started asking me questions and seeing visible differences in me. (Pause in the story to mention that the health benefits I gained that you CAN'T see, far outweigh those you can. But that’s for a different post.) But then I realized that I was a lot more alone in this journey than I realized. My coach asked me if I had ever thought about coaching others and slowly I began to dream about what that could look like for me.
So, here’s a big (out of my comfort zone) step forward. Maybe, if you’re anything like me, you just need a little help - a plan and guidance to kickstart a lifelong journey toward wholeness & health. And I’m pleased to let you know, that I’m your gal if that is the case for you. Starting to grow new, healthy habits for your life can be as simple as shooting me a message right now. Don’t worry, I’m not going to go all weird on you. Lots of flower (and Joe, Emmie, Disney & boating) content ahead! But maybe also some encouragement to step into cultivating healthy habits for life.
Cheering you on in your biggest health goals,

Around 3pm every day my apple watch dings and tells me the “traffic is light” to get to Starbucks in Bourbonnais - I can’t make this up. And YES, you can still have Starbucks on plan!
Yes! You read that right. Outside of health coaching you'll find me in my home studio arranging flowers for wedding clients and those local to Kankakee County!
One of my favorite things about traveling all over Chicagoland and beyond is getting to work at so many amazing venues and getting to meet all kinds of vendors. Plus, Joe and I are HUGE Disney People!
I love that I got started in the Wedding Industry with the encouragement (and inspiration!) of my husband. I couldn't imagine life without him and my family - they mean everything to me!
