Hi, friend! I’m so glad you made your way to my contact page. Whether your Pinterest is already overflowing with wedding floral inspo or you simply want to sip on coffee together and talk all things flowers, drop a line down below & let’s chat!
I’m a firm believer that every couple deserves a one-of-kind floral design and highly personal wedding experience.
If I’m available for your wedding date, I’ll send over a New Client Questionnaire for you to fill out. It helps me prepare for our consultation call and gives me a chance to get to know you both a little better. I know how meaningful it is to choose vendors you feel comfortable trusting with your vision, and it’s something I truly don’t take lightly & value!
This is where we dream. During our consultation, we’ll talk through your wedding vision, floral needs, and priorities to ensure we’re aligned from the very beginning. Specifically, I’ll want to learn more about quantities, size, scale, and your overall vision for the wedding day -- don’t worry, the finer details can evolve as we go.
Following our conversation, you’ll receive a thoughtful floral estimate outlining a projected investment range based on everything we discussed -- including florals, rentals, labor, taxes, and return fees. This step allows us to make refinements and ensure your vision and budget are aligned. Once your $250 retainer is submitted, your date is officially secured on our calendar, and we move into the design phase.
Ever find yourself thinking, “I just have to see it”? We’ll schedule a secondary call to refine the look and feel of your wedding in more detail. From there, you’ll receive a fully custom lookbook featuring inspirational imagery, color direction, textures, and proposed rental elements -- a visual guide I pour my heart into so you can truly see the vision. Once received, you’re welcome to submit one round of refinements if anything doesn’t feel fully aligned before moving ahead with your contract.
Once your contract is signed, the remaining $750 retainer is due -- and you’re officially booked. 🥂
Q: What's the difference between you and a local flower shop?
Flower shops have a special place in this world and I am so grateful for the ones that have provided exceptional services to me! However, local flower shops run on walk in and walk out clients and while that is a perfect business model for some, I prefer to provide a highly personal experience that requires my full attention. On your wedding day, you can rest assured I am solely focused on you and bringing your dreams to life!
Q: What happens after our consultation?
Following our consultation, you’ll receive a thoughtful floral estimate outlining a projected investment range based on everything we discussed. Afterward, you'll be able to submit a round of refinements to align your vision with your budget.
Once we move into the design phase, you’ll receive a custom lookbook that visually brings your wedding florals to life through imagery, color direction, textures, and proposed rental elements. This is where we fine-tune the overall look and feel before moving forward.
Q: Are you available for travel?
Absolutely (and yay!) I love to travel! No place is too far - I’ve even traveled as far as Zion National park for a wedding! Who wants to go further?! Travel fees are included in the “labor” costs of your final price breakdown which you will receive with your custom lookbook.
Q: I don't know much about flowers - is that ok?
Absolutely! I make it a priority to select premium blooms that speak to your overall design aesthetic and taste. I don’t expect you to be a floral expert, that’s where my job as the designer comes in!
Q: Can you help me with other design elements/details of the day?
Yes! Creating a cohesive design from beginning of the day to the end is so, so important to me! That is why I have such a vast rental library. I love helping you tailor the perfect vision from bouquets, to tapered candles and everything in between.
Q: How far in advance should I book?
Every vendor is different but I book clients up to 18 months in advance. Typically, it is healthy to book your florist 12-18 months in advance.
Q: What happens after I book?
You can sit back and relax! I’ll do all the leg work of designing a cohesive day that pulls together your unique design style and creates an aesthetic that tells your love story and sets you up for a beautiful lifetime with your best friend.
Q: How is floral pricing determined?
Every wedding is priced individually based on style, scale, floral selections, and design priorities. A healthy floral budget reflects how much of a priority florals and design elements are to you, and together we’ll craft a vision that feels both beautiful and aligned with your investment.
Wedding floral investments begin at $5,000, with a $7,500 minimum during peak season (May–October). As a helpful reference, couples who invest in both floral and rental design elements typically spend $10,000+.
