What It Looks Like to Work Together
A Thoughtful Process, From Start to Finish
Getting to Know You
If your date is available, I'll send over a short questionnaire so I can begin learning more about you, your celebration, and what matters most. Choosing your wedding vendors is personal, and I believe the best designs begin with listening well.
This is where we dream together. During our consultation, we'll talk through your vision, priorities, guest experience, and the atmosphere you want to create. My goal is to understand not only what you want your wedding to look like, but how you want it to feel.
Consultation
Following our conversation, you'll receive a custom proposal outlining recommended floral elements, design direction, and investment based on everything we discussed.
We'll make any necessary refinements together to ensure everything feels aligned. Once you're ready to move forward, a $250 retainer reserves your date and allows us to move into the design phase.
Proposal, Refinements & Reservation
Ever find yourself thinking, "I just have to see it"? We'll schedule a secondary call to refine the look and feel of your celebration in more detail. From there, you'll receive a custom design lookbook featuring inspirational imagery, color direction, floral concepts, and proposed rental elements -- a visual guide I pour my heart into so you can truly see the design taking shape. You'll also have the opportunity to submit a round of refinements to ensure everything feels aligned before moving forward.
The Design Lookbook
Once the design has been refined and approved, I'll send over your final contract and invoice. A signed contract and the remaining $750 retainer officially secure your wedding florals and reserve your place on my calendar.
After that, I'll check back in closer to the wedding date to confirm final details before we begin preparations for your celebration. 🥂
