It’s Michaela here, with a coffee in hand and my little Maltipoo, Emmie, at my feet, ready to spill all the details from Laura & Dakota’s breathtaking wedding day at The Chase Park Plaza in St. Louis. This wedding was the perfect example of why you should choose a florist whose style you adore, even if they’re not in your local area.
When Laura and Dakota reached out to me about their vision, I knew we had something special on our hands. They wanted their wedding to feel like a romantic garden oasis with a light and airy vibe, filled with lush florals that would leave a lasting impression. And let me tell you, we delivered!
A GARDEN ON THE GROUND…
For their ceremony, we created a stunning 16-foot aisle of lush florals, leading to a beautiful grounded floor nest that became the focal point. This floor piece wasn’t just an arrangement; it was an experience, drawing the eye down the aisle and anchoring the couple’s love story in nature.
CRYSTAL MAGIC…
The reception was nothing short of a floral wonderland. One of my favorite elements was the crystal candelabra centerpiece. We adorned it with a delicate floral wreath that added a soft, romantic glow to the room. It was a perfect mix of elegance and whimsy.
A CAKE TABLE MEADOW…
The pièce de résistance? The cake table. We turned this simple table into a meadow bursting with flowers. It was like the cake was nestled in its own little garden, surrounded by a sea of blooms that made for unforgettable photos.
