Mother’s Day will be here before we know it and what better way to let the special mom’s in our lives know we love them than with my top 3 tips on making Mother’s Day EXTRA special!

Mother’s Day is right around the corner and this year, we want to make Mother’s Day extra special for all the amazing mother’s in our lives. If you’re anything like me, this day tends to creep up on me but it truly is a desire to make all the moms in my life feel valued, cherished, and celebrated!

Here are just a few ideas on how to make Sunday, May 9th extra special:

  1. Get it on the Calendar: Don’t wait until the weekend to add your celebration to your calendar. Shoot over a text today and set up a special time together so that she knows she’s a top priority to you!
  2. Ditch the Cheesy Card: Go for the handwritten note! People rarely throw away handwritten cards and it’s because they are that much more meaningful. Instead of grabbing a card the day before and just signing your name, take that extra 2-3 minutes to write out something special for her.
  3. Unplug: Be fully present with the special moms in your life. Leave the cell phone in the car when you’re with her and be fully engaged in the moment. Focus on creating memories and celebrating her! The Instagram scroll will still be there when you get back!

And, of course, if you’re looking for a way to give a little extra something, the Mother’s Day Collection from the Michaela Mantarian Shop is here! Orders close on 5/4/21.
