| 1. Checking email once a day. Usually just once in the morning. I pad my to-do list with tasks that come up from email and then log off. It’s soooo tempting to pop on and catch up throughout the day (and hey, that does happen sometimes) but I feel much more organized knowing I can say bu-bye for the rest of the day. 2. Trello!! If you’ve been around for a while you know how much I love my lists! These help me get things out of my brain and onto paper (virtually!) 3. Scheduling dates with myself! Breaks are everything. Especially in the creative space. A little white space for my brain and a little cold brew for me always helps put a little more pep in my step.
