A whimsical, minimalistic, and relaxed wedding day featuring a blush, peach, lavender, and blue flower color palette inspired by golden hour over the water at The Lakeside Pavilion at The Westin Chicago Northwest in Itasca, IL.
I was so thrilled to meet Rachelle (virtually for her consultation) because after reading her questionnaire I immediately was so excited to bring her floral vision to life. She explained, “Our first kiss was beneath the sunset at Loyola Beach. Because of our love for golden hour, we decided to have a color palette reminiscent of the sky during that time of day. A muted sunset color palette with hints of lavender color and dusty blues.”
Rachelle & Evan also opted for ikebana-style arrangements (which I love!) These arrangments plus colorful taper candles made this reception one to remember.
Who wouldn’t be so excited by their special story!? These are the personal touches I LIVE for! Check out the gallery below to see how we brought her color palette inspiration to life!
