Modern Wedding Inspiration at Providence Vineyard: Celebrating Love with Airy, Garden-Inspired Designs and Modern Elegance in Hebron, IL

If you are a couple getting married in the Chicago area, especially at the breathtaking Providence Vineyard in Hebron, IL, I have a wedding that will leave you absolutely in awe. Meet Caitlyn and Corey, whose wedding day was a beautiful blend of modern elegance and whimsical, garden-inspired charm.

Caitlyn & I hit it off right away and I knew that getting to bring her floral vision to life was going to be a dream come true. She is a lover of babies breath and so we decided on a clean, modern take on it. Here area few things about her and Corey’s day that I’ll never forget…

The Venue: Providence Vineyard

Providence Vineyard, with its stunning barn and sprawling vineyards, set the perfect backdrop for Caitlyn and Corey’s wedding. The venue’s rustic yet sophisticated charm paired beautifully with our floral designs, creating a day that was both dreamy and unforgettable.

The Color Palette: Clean White and Blush with Champagne Accents

The color palette for Caitlyn and Corey’s wedding was a timeless combination of clean white and soft blush, accented by the luxurious sheen of champagne silk bridesmaid dresses. These colors not only brought a sense of elegance but also highlighted the natural beauty of the venue. Our florals played a significant role in enhancing this palette, adding layers of texture and romance to every corner of the space.

Modern Use of Baby’s Breath

One of my favorite elements from Caitlyn and Corey’s wedding was the modern twist on using baby’s breath. Often seen as a filler flower, I elevated baby’s breath to be the star of the show. The delicate, airy clusters created a cloud-like effect that was both ethereal and contemporary, perfectly complementing the white and blush roses.

The Showstopper: Baby’s Breath Staircase Installation

The pièce de résistance was undoubtedly the stunning baby’s breath installation on the staircase. Designed to look as if it were naturally growing up the steps, this installation added a whimsical, fairy-tale touch to the venue. The fluffy white blooms seemed to float upwards, creating a breathtaking focal point that guests couldn’t stop admiring. I highly recommend all couples planning their floral design, to consider adding in a wow-factor piece like this.

A twist on Bouquets and Centerpieces

For the bouquets and centerpieces, I continued the garden-inspired theme with lush arrangements featuring baby’s breath and white and blush roses. These arrangements, designed without any greenery, highlighted the beauty of the flowers themselves, adding a touch of wild beauty to the sophisticated settings.
